Organisation Design and Structuring is all about conducting reviews of organisation design including operating models, functional structures, and organisational structures to determine the best design to support the delivery of the organisation strategy.

This also includes a detailed review and analysis of the current structure and the requirements of the organisation, undertaking a design and development process to redesign the organisation structure, a plan for implementation and a change management process to support the people to transition in to the new structure.
